Ingredients: organic sprouted sorghum flour, organic sprouted oat flour and organic tapioca flour and sea salt and a drop, yes a drop of xanthan gum.
Please, note that there may be a cross contamination while handling this product. Coco Bakes operates in a special facility that does not handle gluten, however, cross contamination may happen once the bread reaches my commercial kitchen.
