Spelt Polenta pan loaf is very different in taste than our other bread choices. It has a nutty spelt flavor mixed with sweetness of polenta.
I love to eat this bread fresh with soup or simple butter on top. It is good for avocado toast as well as well as a sandwich but keep in mind it is very satiating.
Ingredients: bread flour, spelt flour, hard red wheat flour, hard white wheat flour, polenta grind corn, sea salt.
