This hand-crafted cider vinegar from our Sonoma County orchard is pressed on the farm in small batches and aged in oak barrels for two years before bottling. Our vinegar is never heated and it's packed with probiotics. It's delicious for sipping, versatile in the kitchen and packed with flavor!
