I am excited to add this bread to the store! It is delicious on its own or use it to make a sandwich, enjoy with olive oil and balsamic vinegar or simply cheese. Flavor of this focaccia is unlike any other (sour notes, nutty, chewy), it is also a little crunchy with addition of corn grit porridge.
Sold as 1/6, or half sheet
Ingredients: bread flour, hard white wheat flour, hard red wheat flour, olive oil, polenta grind corn, sea salt.
