As you all know I am obsessed with pickled vegetables these days and we are adding one more to the line up from Mort & Betty’s. Pickled garlic! The garlic is sourced by me from Windrose farm (a biodynamic farm located in Paso Robles, CA) but all the rest of the magic is made by Megan from Mort & Betty’s.
Ingredients: garlic, spices, filtered water, kosher salt. Spices are black peppercorn, bay, mustard seeds, dill seed, horseradish.
