I grew up enjoying preserved vegetables and fruit all winter long. Maybe that is the reason why I am always so drawn to pickled veggies in fall and winter. I add them to salads, sandwiches or just plate it for dinner as it adds a lot of flavor to pretty much any meal.
These are made in collaboration with Mort & Betty’s, a vegan Jewish deli that I have been sourcing from for a while now.
