Inspired by chopped liver w/ hard boiled eggs from my childhood, this tasty mushroom pate is studded with "hard boiled" chopped cashews and sautéed mushrooms. Seasoned with olive oil sautéed and fried onions, a little dry red kosher wine, and garnished with fried onion. Gluten Free
