This honey is so special, it is light in color because this is the color that honey gets when it is harvested after wildfire. It is the second year that the honey from this region of Santa Barbara produces honey or this color and taste.
David who is the beekeeper behind Lilly’s honey says it tasted like honeysuckle. But to me it has beautiful hints of green tea as well.
