The goal is to make high quality yogurt while only using two ingredients which are milk and probiotics.
This yogurt is tangy and rich in probiotics, 90 billions CFU (colony forming units) per serving.
I love to have a spoon or two of this yogurt a day. However, it may also be used in various recipes for dressing, sauces and more.

Ingredients: Organic GRADE A pasteurized whole milk and live cultures (L. ACIDOPHILUS, L. BULGARICUS, S. THERMOPHILUS, B. BIFIDUM).
The non fat version contains the same ingredients however it is non fat Grade A pasteurized milk instead.
