AT operations during COVID-19
AT operates out of a Health Department certified kitchen located in DTLA Arts District.
We have been a member at Crafted Kitchen since September 2017 and continue to operate from that space today.
The kitchen is cleaned and sanitized multiple times a day and air filters are changed regularly, as well. Everyone at the kitchen must wear a mask and clean hands/wear gloves at all times. Space has been created so that all business owners + employees may social distance.
I go a step further and start my work day between 3:30am and 4am. At that time I am the only person at the kitchen. By the time anyone else shows up to their shift I am ready to leave and start my deliveries.
While delivering I wear a mask, sanitize my hands and change gloves constantly. Every delivery made is made with new & clean gloves.
