I met the founder of Happy Supply Co at Crafted Kitchen where we both run our businesses. Timo Kuhn has been working on these recipes for a long time now and I did taste the first batches of his work. I do believe that these dressings will be making a big splash in our industry as you will be seeing them on more and more shelves but for now they are available for delivery through our store and we are so proud of that.

The Classic Soy Dressing is the result of that dedication. He created it to address a real gap in the market: quality salad dressings that don't compromise on taste or health.
The original flavor he perfected uses just two key ingredients: soy sauce and vegetable stock. That simplicity is intentional. It means zero calories, zero unnecessary additives, and a clean, savory profile that works on everything from leafy salads and steamed greens to chilled tofu and rice bowls.
After a long time of development, this is the dressing he's proud to share.

Bistro Burger described in their own words - "We cracked the code with a house-made, oil-free mayo, then layered in ketchup, mustard, pickles, and vinegar to hit that classic burger sauce flavor—without the usual heaviness" - and I could not agree more. I would use this dip for fries too.
Carrot Ginger is their take on classic Japanese style carrot ginger dressing. It is bright and flavorful.
Miso Umami as described in their own words - "It’s smooth, savory, and quietly complex—the kind of flavor that plays well with everything without stealing the show. Try it on grain bowls, cabbage slaws, cucumbers, soba noodles—or as a secret weapon on sandwiches" - I would layer it in a sandwich too.
Caesar was left a classic without cutting any corners as Happy Supply Co says: "real Parmigiano-Reggiano, mustard, egg, and anchovy, everything that gives a Caesar its crown. The only thing we left out was the oil. Same bold, briny, creamy character. Just lighter". This is a low calorie and a gluten free dressing.
Peach Habanero is the dressing I imagine being paired well with seafood or maybe for your go-to taco nights. They describe this dressing as "It’s bold without being overpowering, and spicy without crossing into hot sauce territory. The sweetness keeps it balanced, while the heat adds depth rather than burn."
