Koroneiki is an olive variety that originated in Crete and grows here in California as well. It produced premium olive oil and this one from Sabrina’s Choice at Shear Rock Farms is no different.
It is dark green in color, it is grassy but not too much, highly antioxidant and just delicious. This is a special olive oil variety that is rare to find.
